UrTravelPro Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") has a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited commercial email (spam). This policy applies to all users of the UrTravelPro Marketing platform at marketing.urtravelpro.com.
We are committed to ensuring that every email sent through our platform is legitimate, wanted by the recipient, and compliant with applicable anti-spam laws including the United States CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
We do not send spam. We do not allow our users to send spam. We actively monitor, prevent, and respond to spam-related activity on our platform.
For the purposes of this policy, spam includes:
Every contact added to the platform — whether manually, via CSV import, form submission, or API sync — requires the user to confirm they have permission to email that contact. We record the following for every contact:
This creates an auditable consent trail for every contact in the system.
Every email sent through the platform includes:
List-Unsubscribe email header for one-click unsubscribe support in email clients (RFC 8058)These links cannot be removed by users. They are enforced at the platform level.
Every email includes the sender's company name and physical mailing address in the footer. Users must configure this information before they can send any campaigns. Emails cannot be sent without a valid mailing address.
The platform automatically suppresses contacts who should not receive emails:
Suppression is enforced at the platform level. Users cannot override or bypass suppression lists. A suppressed contact will not receive email regardless of audience membership or campaign targeting.
All sending domains must be verified with DKIM and SPF authentication before any email can be sent. This prevents domain spoofing and ensures inbox providers can verify the sender's identity.
We receive and process delivery, bounce, and complaint webhooks from our email infrastructure provider (Postmark) in real time. When a bounce or complaint occurs, the contact is suppressed within seconds — not hours or days.
When recipients unsubscribe, we collect the reason (too frequent, not relevant, never subscribed, spam, or other). This data is available to senders in campaign reports and at the contact level, enabling them to identify and correct patterns that lead to unwanted email.
Users of UrTravelPro Marketing are strictly prohibited from:
Contacts on the UrTravelPro Marketing platform are acquired through the following legitimate channels:
In every case, the user must affirm consent before contacts enter the system. We do not provide, sell, or facilitate the acquisition of email lists.
We take violations of this policy seriously. If we determine that a user is sending spam or violating this policy, we may:
We monitor bounce rates, complaint rates, and unsubscribe patterns. Accounts with abnormally high complaint rates or bounce rates may be flagged for review.
If you believe you received unsolicited email sent through UrTravelPro Marketing, please report it to us:
We investigate all spam reports and take appropriate action, including suppressing the recipient and reviewing the sender's account.
If you are receiving emails from a travel agency that uses UrTravelPro Marketing:
UrTravelPro Marketing is a multi-tenant platform. Each agency operates in a completely isolated workspace. Suppression lists, contact lists, and email sending activity are fully separated between tenants. An unsubscribe from one agency does not affect your subscription status with another agency on the platform.
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
